Whenever you are shopping for Moomiyo, it’s important to compare the % numbers, and not the packaging. Most companies DO NOT sell Shilajit Moomiyo in the purest form available. If a company is not giving you the (% of Fulvic Acid) on the label, then it’s very unlikely you are getting the most potent form available. You want to make sure it is standardized to contain a minimum of 20% Fulvic acid from extract. Also, the strongest and purest form of MOOMIYO comes from the Altai Himalayan region, which is where ProSport Nutrition MOOMIYO comes from for our customers. DIRECTIONS: 

Men and women take one (1) capsule of ProSport Nutrition Moomiyo 30 minutes prior to exercise and one (1) more capsule at bedtime on an empty stomach.
If you don't exercise, take one (1) Moomiyo capsule first thing in the morning and again one (1) more capsule at bedtime.

The recommended daily dose of Moomiyo (Shilajit) is 600 mg a day.
